Shipping Notes
Generally speaking, we arrange for shipment within 24 hours after placing the order. Individual orders may be delayed due to temporary shortages. We will ship from the French warehouse.
Orders cannot be cancelled when it has been shipped. But you can return your order as you receive it by contacting our Customer Service and getting a RL.
Please remember, shipment in transit is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays. But we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast. If the package gets lost in transit, we’ll resend for you.

Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 days ,and refund will
be given as money back. All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are
subject to 20% re-stocking fee.(including buyer Just didn't like
it,Ordered by mistake ,Found a better price , Changed mind or Doesn't
fit etc.
All returns require a RL (Return Merchandise
Authorization) , please contact our customer service first for an
issued RL.
All products returned must be in original boxes and
100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and
other accessories, otherwise returns will be refused. Any shortages,
errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified to our customer
service before returns.
Warranty
We offer a 180-days warranty on all of products and accessories. This warranty does not cover products that have been abused and misused. All items must have a valid RL to qualify for replacement. Packages returned without a valid RL will be refused.
The RL must be marked on the outside of the package containing the returned product to be accepted. There will be no refunds on shipping for any reason. All returned items must have all original accessories and packaging including manuals, software, and etc, in order to qualify for replacement.
